Data Processing Agreement

Effective Date of the Data Processing Agreement: December 14, 2025.

Purpose of Processing

Cashier POS processes personal data to provide its services, including operating the POS system and managing electronic invoicing. This data is used to maintain accurate records related to sales transactions, store information, employee details, scheduling, and billing management.

Types of Data Collected

Here are the types of personal data that may be collected and processed:

  • Employee name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Employee photo
  • Employment details

Categories of Data Subjects

Cashier POS processes data belonging to the following categories of individuals:

  • Employees
  • Human Resources Managers
  • Business Owners

Data Storage

Cashier POS retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above. Once the data is no longer needed:

  • The data will be anonymized or deleted within 90 days.
  • If deletion is technically not feasible, the data will be blocked to prevent any further processing.
